The abattoir as an organising system
The proposal sees the abattoir as the centre of the livestock chain: purchase planning, reception and inspection, processing, manufacturing, cold storage and distribution to the consumer.

Sustainable production
Aquaponics: fish and crops in one loop
Fish waste, transformed by bacteria, feeds the plants; the plants clean the water that returns to the tanks. The proposal includes pilot modules and operator training.
River logistics
The Orinoco as a connecting route
The river, roads and collection centres can form a network to move inputs and products. Any route, transit time or capacity will only be published with verifiable technical studies and permits.
